I am from DBN & my Niece from PMBURG so we were never around when they had clients to take over. Catherine & Bev had to deal selling the property with a VERY difficult tenant living on the property, who did not allow viewing to take place or even a show house. They worked very hard to get the tenant to agree on one day a week to bring in potential buyers to view the property. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. This was a very challenging transaction as our purchaser is based in the UK and we required the documents to be notarised. Paul went beyond and managed to find a notary for me right where the purchaser was based and got the documents couried back to South Africa within a couple of days.
