What a year!
This has been a momentous year for Team R&R. In September, we moved to our modern new premises at 40, Main Road, Howick, and on 1 October, we celebrated our first birthday as R&R Real Estate. How exciting! Where does the time go?
Some other milestones
At the beginning of the year, we opened an office with three property agents in Bedfordview, east of Johannesburg, launching Team R&R's expansion into Gauteng.
We are proud to have been included as members of Property Network (the biggest referral network in Pietermaritzburg), vastly extending our opportunities in this busy Midlands' hub, and we have opened a Pietermaritzburg branch at 24 Howick Road, Town Hill.
We were also delighted to be given a sole mandate on a premier Life Rights development in Howick, the magnificent Midlands Manor. Contact us for a viewing or information!

We now have 15 branded R&R vehicles driving around on the roads of the KZN Midlands - literally 'getting us out there'!
Join us to celebrate and share
With rainy weather predicted, we decided to move the turning on of the festive lights to 6pm on 14 December. We hope you'll join us as we 'flip the switch' and light up our Head Office at 40, Main Road in Howick. With Santa having promised to pop in, it's a magical chance for the little ones to meet him - and a wonderful photo opportunity. We believe that sharing is caring, so we will be launching our pet food collection drive in aid of the Umngeni-Howick SPCA, as well as collecting toys for local charities. We are also supporting the Love Howick Santa Shoebox Project, which collects and distributes personalised gifts of essential items and treats for underprivileged children throughout South Africa. Please bring your donations to the collection point at our front desk - any day until 22 December.
